New Transformers Powering Ōtematata
Earlier this year we commissioned our new transformers which are now live and supplying Ōtematata!
The two new 3MVA 33/11kV transformers have replace the original unit that’s been powering the area for over 60 years.
Alongside a reconfiguration of the 11kV circuits, this upgrade will significantly boost the capacity and reliability of supply for the Ōtematata community and surrounding areas.
